Technical support

We provide technical support on the vending machines to our customers. Our technical personnel trained in Spain on the manufacturer’s plant are ready to assist with any technical problem. Furthermore, all technical service is free of charge on the sold equipment during the guarantee period of 1 year.

After completion of the guarantee period we offer to our customers to sign a contract on technical maintenance and regular technical check-ups.

We have an active “hot line” for our clients, where our engineers are always on the line ready to advice on the maintenance of machines.
